The Preety Blue Residence is as beautiful as the photos. Perfectly located in relation to restaurants and bars in Grand Baie (5 min drive), and with a gorgeous pool and bar on site. The residence is fully equipped, and check in and check out processes very smooth with easy communications with Florina to facilitate the process. Marino was also available throughout our stay, providing recommendations for site seeing as well as helping to book day trips. all in all a perfect stay, hope to be back again!
Lovely nest in the middle of grand baie
Preety Blue villa is a beautiful property, it is very well equipped. Very clean, modern & comfortable. Everything has been very well thought of while building & designing this villa as holiday rental. The best thing about this property is it owner/host Marino. He goes above & beyond to ensure that guest have everything they need. He is very courteous, friendly & passionate about the property & its hospitality. We would highly recommend to book your stay here. Me & my family had a great time.
We loved staying at Preety Blue Residence - it was exactly like the pictures and although it was in a rural area it was beautiful! Morino (the owner) was an amazing host, readily available if needed and made us feel very welcome, especially our 4 year old - the residence was super safe, clean and had lovely gardens which Morino tends to every morning. Our top tips: 1. Car rental is recommended but you can walk into town 2. Ask Morino for recommendations - anything from restaurants to places of interest! 3. Don’t hesitate - just book!!!
Very spacious Villa with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is on the outskirts of Grand Baie, so a rental car is recommended. Marino was easily available, and the cleaning ladies were very nice. We loved our week here.

The Villa - It was a wonderful villa within a gated complex with 2 other villas. The garden was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful patio to enjoy breakfast in the morning or lunch in the afternoon. The Rooms are very well sized with a stunning shower. Comfortable beds and plenty kitchen utensils in the case you would like to cook The Host - The host Marino was an absolute delight. He available and easy to contact and would offer help wherever needed. He helped us book a trip on a catamaran, helped us find local restaurants and activities. Not to mention him helping us around the local area as we did not rent a car so when he was available during the day he would drive us to or pick us up when local. He also gave us details of local taxis and activities agencies and overall just made out experience great. The Location - the villa is located close to the grand bay but I would highly recommend a car if you are going to stay here. It is not a necessity but would help.
From the moment you arrive at the "Preety Blue Residences" you will not be disappointed, it is a very special place. From the first moment I knew it was going to be an amazing stay, both Florina and Marinio were outstanding host's, nothing was ever to much and it does feel like a home from home. The three villas have been finished to such a very high standard, the WiFi is great... the gardens and pool area are just like a botanical garden. Plus the bar area were music is played all day and a cup of espresso on tap... The location is very quiet, yet only 10mins drive to the beach all that Grand Baie has to offer. Yes you do need a car if you wish to tour all that Mauritius has to offer. I have stayed in many AirBnbs around the world, but honestly have to say this is the best I have stayed at.. I highly recommend "Preety Blue Residences"

Preety Residence Blue is an oasis of calm in Grand Baie. The host, Marino, is delightful, super helpful and worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was excellent. It was! 🙂
We would highly recommend this very good quality villa, we had a lovely month long holiday with friends. The photographs are an accurate representation of the property. Lovely small pool and gardens. The villa was very clean and spacious, there is regular maid service and change of towels and linen. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. Marino was great and very helpful, he was always about taking care of everything around the three villa's. He would check in with us daily to make sure everything was OK. Marino was very quick to respond if something wasn’t working. He was also very helpful when our friend needed to visit the clinic. We had a car during our stay. Some evenings we walked into Grand Baie (before dark) to eat, then got a taxi back to the villa later (400 Rs). Florina came to meet us on the day after we arrived, as well as to come and say goodbye on the day that we left. Florina was very helpful in organising transfers to/from the airport as well as car hire.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Grand Bay not far from the beach, close to all amenities, Preety Blue Residence is the ideal place to gather with your family and friends. The two nearby villages, Pereybere and Mont Choisy, well known for their beaches are a few minutes away.
This new contemporary complex of 3 identical villas situated on a private property, is set in a lush tropical garden with pool access, bar corner and offers comfort and serenity. The name of Preety Blue Residence was chosen to reminds us of the sky and the lagoons of Mauritius and relates to the blue colour that dominates in the decor of our residences.

Preety Blue Residence is located in a well known touristic village in the north of Mauritius where you can find various water activities, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc. We are at only 2 minutes driving distance or 10 minutes by foot to the center of Grand Bay.
Each villa comprises of an American kitchen which opens on a cozy living area leading directly to a private terrace where you can relax in the lounger while reading a book or having a drink and listening to the soft music which emanates from the bar. The two comfy air-conditioned double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located upstairs. All master bedrooms opens on a balcony with view on the the tropical garden.
Our guests are received with a warm welcome from the team of Preety Blue Residence and a first introduction is made regarding the house amenities and services provided in order for them to start well their holidays.
