Our Equipment and Services
For the security of our residents, we have an electric gate, anti burglar bars, digital safe, alarm system with quick response connected to security company which is registered with the Tourism Authority of Mauritius and CCTV cameras in the common areas.
Free wifi is available everywhere in the residence.
Free parking is available for guest on the property in front of each villa.
The common swimming pool with treated with salt and measures 85 cm to 135 depth. Preety Blue Residence provide also free pool towels.
Full house linen is provided such as bedsheets, bed covers, pillow covers, bath towels, bath mats, pool towels, table cloth, kitchen towels. The bath and pool towels are changed every 2 days and sheets/pillow covers everty 3 days.
Experience cleaning staff up to 13H00 from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
On request, Preety Blue Residence, can organise the following services offered by professional Mauritians.

Rules and Regulations
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa
- Guests must not consume food in the bedrooms
- Guests must not sit/lay in beds, sofas or chairs with wet swimmers/towels
- All doors and windows must be closed and locked before leaving the villa
- Turn off all lights, gas and unutilized electric devices at night or when not in the villa
- Materials made of glass are prohibited in the swimming pool area
- Avoid making unnecessary noise
- Pets/birds are not allowed
- Guests must not hang any clothes outside the villa
- Use bins for waste
- Guests must not tamper with any faulty fixture or fitting and to report malfunction to management
- Guests must notify management if keys of the villa are lost
- No unregistered guest is allowed for overnight stay without prior approval
- The management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any belongings left within or around the villa
